What is shown in the scene
The front panel has a large open heart as its main motif, leaving a broad blank area inside the shape. Three butterflies appear around the heart, giving the design a light spring feel. Butterfly facts
Butterflies are insects with two pairs of wings covered in tiny scales. Their life cycle includes four stages: egg, caterpillar, chrysalis and adult butterfly. Many butterflies use a long coiled mouthpart called a proboscis to drink nectar from flowers. Their wing patterns can help with camouflage, warning colors or recognizing members of the same species. Butterflies are often seen around flowering plants because adults of many species feed on nectar, while caterpillars usually depend on particular host plants.
