What is shown in this soccer scene
The ball is dropping toward the lifted thigh, and the player's body is positioned to soften the contact. A simple goal stands behind the player, while one training cone sits to the right. Small grass tufts and a few bushes appear around the open practice field.
Facts about thigh control
The thigh can be used to bring an airborne ball down when it arrives too high for an easy foot touch. Players usually try to cushion the ball instead of letting it rebound sharply away. Relaxing the leg slightly at contact and lowering the thigh with the ball can absorb some of its speed. Balance is important because the player stands on one leg during the touch. After a good thigh control, the ball should drop into a position where the player can use the foot for the next pass, dribble, or shot.

- White or another light neutral tone for the simple goal frame
- Bright orange, yellow, or blue for the single training cone
- Black and white or another classic pattern for the football
